Our babies are born 7th of January 2005, 3 boys and 4 girls.
All classically marked black and white, and extramely strong and lively.

"Hippu", the dam of the litter is 4-year-old girl, but you would never believe that. She is like hurricane, fast like a wind and happy and always ready to do anything to do with her owner (or someone else if required). Hippu has got excellent health: eyes clear at 6 weeks and 2004, hip score B and elbow score 0/0. What makes her health situation even stronger, her her other five littermates also have CEA clear eyes, and four of them have hip score A and one other has hip score has B and all other five have elbow score 0/0 like Hippu has. So the whole litter is very healthy from hereditary diseases. More information you can ask from me.
Hippu has got many hobbies, starting with agility, obedience, tracking and shows, and some herding and some other working trial forms. Especially young girl. But that doesnīt seem to calm this girl down, as she is so full of energy, who just is just bursting with energy. She is always ready for work, either something she knows already, or to learn something new.. She is ready to give anything for work. Hippu comes also from litter where all littermates trains for some kinds of performance activities, and every 5 pups that lives in Finland, competes in either agility, obedience, sledge dog trials or
other activities.
Hippu has competed in agility and has got one clear round in class one, when she also won the class, as the speed is not the problem with this girl :-) She has also competed in obedience, and she has also right to compete in open class. She has passed behaviour test (BH) for working dogs and is allowed to competed in working trials, and she passed character test. Hippu has trained tracking, relay and search, but it looks like they will compete in search sometimes in fall 2005, but lets see how plans go. Hippu is an ideal performance partner, as at home, she curls down next to you to sleep, and once you ask would you "how about" and take something that is related to training to training, she jumps up and is always ready to go. She is ideal travelling partner, relaxing in car, bus or train, never stressing anywhere, but when you are there, you never need to ask twice..

"Nears" , was the boy I had been looking for years. He comes from lines and from the breeder, who not only breed for looks but also for health and workability. When we finally 2,5 years ago, after numerous years of correspoddendence met when she visited me for a week, we noticed that our values were very similar in many ways. Both of us aim to breed all litter full of healthy pups with temperament suited to training of different types of performance activities such as obedience, agility, tracking and everything possible and we also aim them to look like the breed standard describes them to look like. After meeting each other in spring 2002 we started co-operation, wherefrom Nears and his progeny is one result. Personally I have been exceptionally pleased with the results.
Nears is a 5-year-old boy who has got heart of gold, and he hasnīt gpt mean bone in his body. His HD is B, eyes are clear of all hereditary disease as a puppy as a puppy and June 2004. In Australia it is rare to have more than the dog that is used for breeding to be hip scored, but in the litter where Nears come from, out of eight pups four has been scored, all with excellent scores. And since 1993 Nahrof kennels have eye tested all their litters for CEA (just like myself since the first BC litter in 1990). CEA is the most common eye disease - and still very rare - and it is best seen as a puppy prior giving puppies to their new homes.
Nears has changed home as an adult, so he had not had chance to concentrate in different performance activities in competetive form, but he has done obedience and agility as a hobby. He has been tested for shooting, and he did not react for it. In Australia  I managed to track 9 of his puppies that had been hip scored, and they had been all between 2:2 - 5:5, so all of them have been excellent. In Finland his progeny is still very young, but four of them has been x-rayed with scores 2xA, 1xA/B and one in GB BVA 5:6. All his puppies has been eye tested and clear of CEA, so he seems to produce exceptionally healthy progeny.
In Australia his still young progeny (under 3 years of age) include many champions, in Group and in Show -placements, one Flyball Champion and numerous dogs that compete actively in obedience and agility. Here in Finland practically all of his progeny went to performance homes, and will be seen in different forms of activities, but they have been doing extramely well in shows too. From the first litter who has been last summer old enough to compete in official classes, got CCs , resCCs and ticket to Crufts, now the younger one got Finnish Junior Winner-04 -title. At Finnish Winner Show 2004 out of 35 best bitches amongst top 5 bitches 3 were young Nears daughters winning all champions and opens and other adults! Still, their main "job" is obedience and other performance activities, where they really shine.
The best thing in Nears and what he produces is that he himself has no dog aggression at all. He loves all dogs and pups and all people. Our girls have got plenty of working power, enough to share for many generations, but Nears cuts the sharpest edge that might push them to any fights with each other. His puppies loves to play tugg, chase, and all sort of pre-training plays and have shown suitability for different areas for working trials as well as obedience and agility. Nears friendliness and ability to read other dogs cuts the overpowering sharpness or hardness that two too similar dogs might produce. Nears and the two bitches like Hippu that we have mated to him earlier have seemed to suit him perfectly, and we have been extramely pleased with the result. Now we just hope to have a third litter like that, with lots of girls this time.. (we got 5 boys 1 girl last time and 2+2 first time).
